Glóða Flow
Elixir of the Gods
Our small batch kombucha is brewed in Iceland with pure Icelandic water, fermented black tea, raw unrefined sugar, and whole fruit. That's it.
The brews
Three brews, true to the fruit.

Blueberry
Deep and dark. Wild berry sweetness over a clean black tea backbone, finishing dry and lightly tart.

Strawberry Lavender
Bright and floral. Ripe strawberry lifted by a whisper of lavender, more dry than sweet.

Wild Berry
Four berries over warm ginger. Bramble depth, a bright currant snap, and a clean spiced finish.

The source
It starts with Icelandic water.
Every bottle begins as Icelandic water, filtered through volcanic rock over thousands of years. No chlorine, no treatment, nothing added. Just clean, mineral-rich water, exactly as our living culture likes it.
The ingredients
You can read the whole label.
Icelandic water
Filtered through volcanic rock before it ever reaches us.
Black tea
The backbone of the brew.
Raw unrefined sugar
Food for the culture during fermentation.
Whole fruit and ginger
Real berries and root ginger. No concentrate, no syrup.
Living culture
The SCOBY is what ferments the tea into something alive.
No additives. No artificial flavourings. No concentrates. No preservatives.
With real kombucha, a thin SCOBY can be in the finished bottle. It is perfectly natural and good for your gut. While uncommon, if you find one, it is a sign of a proper elixir of the gods. Drink up!
The name
Glóða means glow.
Glóð is an ember, the low light a fire keeps long after the flames have gone out. Glóða is what that ember does. We took the name for the way the drink leaves you. Not lit up. Lit from underneath. Clear, unhurried, in no rush to be anywhere else.
In the old stories, Bifröst is the glowing bridge between our world and the world of the gods, its red band made of burning fire. A glow strung across the sky. That is the light we named this drink for.
The process
Seventeen litres at a time.
Every batch begins in a 17-litre glass vessel. Small enough to control completely, honest enough to hide nothing. It is how true kombucha is made from start to finish, and how ours stays pure.
